Store coriander so it lasts weeks

Storing fresh herbs
Food Fusion · YouTube

Fresh coriander wilts fast because it loses moisture through its leaves. Treat it like a bunch of flowers and it keeps for two to three weeks instead of three days.

Trim the stems, stand the bunch in an inch of water, cover loosely with a bag, and refrigerate. Change the water every few days.
