Ingredients

  • Mango cubes 2 Cups
  • Condensed milk ½ Cup or to taste
  • Milk ¾ Cup
  • Cream 2 Cups
  • Mango essence 1 tsp
  • Pistachios sliced

Method

  1. In a blending jug, add mango, condensed milk, milk, cream, mango essence & blend well.
  2. Pour into matki, tap a few times, sprinkle pistachios, cover & seal with aluminium foil & freeze for 10-12 hours or overnight in freezer (makes 6-8).
